It is very easy to live an unhealthy lifestyle. Once you are used to ordering burgers at McDonalds and watching television in the evenings, it is hard to motivate yourself to get off the couch and be active. Many people feel that they have dug their hole too deep and working out would only make them frustrated.
On the other hand, once someone begins eating healthy and making time for exercise in their day, living a healthy life can become second nature. In my experience, eating healthier for a while and trying to return back to high fat food just makes you feel gross.
I gave up soda for lent one year, and it took me a while to be able to drink it again without getting stomach aches.
In addition to healthy eating, exercising is also important – many of my friends who didn’t work out have started going to my University’s rec center and feel great about it, even to the point where they notice that they are more attentive in class.
My mom always likes to remind me “inertia breeds inertia.” The best way to get more energy is to get up and be active. The worst thing to be lazy and sit longer.

Eating healthy is important. That's why I have started taking Acar Berries! Don't know if they can be tolerated though. We'll all find out.
